Humility calls for re-examining the consequences of “strong” leadership. The damage done should call for self-awareness. Sadly this message of strong leadership is still being preached, as if we had not learned anything.

Thanks Nadine. Learning and gentleness certainly go together: “Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.” Mt 11:29

great lesson Andrew - leaders need to be strong...strong enough to refrain from anger, force and impatience to maintain love above all. Nor is this choosing truth 'over' love.
